I work in a busy accountancy firm in Edinburgh which keeps me out of trouble during the day and pays the bills. In my spare time, I’m a bit of a wannabe band player as I help some friends with parties they do at wedding parties or ceilidhs. This really hots up in the spring and early summer when people plan a lot of their weddings. I love the fact that our music is the sort that everyone can enjoy and join in with.

What I don’t enjoy is the fact that the time we are busy is also the time that the pollen count is up. This makes me sneeze and my nose run – not great when you are trying to perform at someone’s wedding! One of the hotel staff at a place we played recently told me about Clarityn Allergy (loratadine). I now use it before events and it helps me to keep my sneezing under control.
